We liked that it was walking distance to the beach and the site was clean.

Only one shower that was accessible .

We liked all of it we had a great stay from as soon as we arrived checked in some one come right away took us to our pitch and gave us some information about the camp and Dawlish. Tent pitches a good size plenty of space . Great facilities water taps with drinking water around every were , toilets and showers were clean and plenty of both . Park was ok could do with a little more for younger children but my son loves the tractor ! And the best of all was Amanda's van !!!! Great prices for ice cream ,candy floss , cans of pop coffee cheapest for any of these things I have seen anywhere for a while ! And she was great chatting away with a very inquisitive 4 year old asking her every question he could think of about her van ! All in all we had a great weekend and would return again !

Easy laid back campsite with just enough amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Such a fantastic site, Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

If you want something quite and peaceful this is the site to come we have already booked a weekend away in September.

This campsite was absolutely fantastic!
The toilets and showers were spotless, there was a gentleman cleaning them constantly! The family shower was super handy, there was plenty of space for me and my three young children so I could get them all showered.
The park was fab, the kids spent a lot of time there.
The kids also loved the candy floss for £1!
Staff are super, super lovely and friendly, they answered any questions I had and ones I hadn’t thought to ask!
The walk to the beach isn’t too long, and the hill isn’t too bad back up either!
All in all a fantastic campsite!

Absolutely lovely site!! We had a large pitch and it fit our new big tent surrounded by our windbreakers so dogs wouldn’t pound on everyone walking by and 2 cars at the side! Lovely facilities - toilets, showers, washing up room and laundrette.
They’ve got a little onsite horse box with a wonderful lady selling hot drinks, cakes, mr whippy ice cream and huge sticks of candy floss and all items all reasonably priced!!! £2 for a tea or coffee. £2.50 for ice cream and £1 for candy floss! The beach and town of dawlish Warren is about 15/20 mins walk down - only downside is you’ve got to walk back up the hill to the site!
All members of staff were very friendly and helpful!
We’ve had a lovely week at Leadstone and would highly recommend

Only downside and this didn’t bother us one bit as we didn’t mind waiting was that there were only 8 showers which considering the size of site may not be enough but like I said it really didn’t bother us at all’
