All staff were lovely, and you get shown to your pitch. Lovely quiet site (great noise policy), great little park for kiddies, my 10 and 2 year old loved it and made lots of friends. Nice sized level pitches. Short walk to the sea/beach/amusements etc. Facilities were good, regularly cleaned (several times daily). There are unisex showers, but also a family shower/sink/toilet cubicle in both the ladies and gents, along with a seperate disabled/baby change shower room and toilet. Farm shop close by (walking distance) did a great breakfast, and trailer on site offering tea/coffee/cake/treats at reasonable prices. Would definitely revisit and recommend!

The owners are friendly and welcoming, show you to your allocated pitch and give you all the information you need. Pitches are well marked out, water points very nearby. The showers and toilets were clean (20p coins needed for the shower). Washing up, laundry and freezer for freezer blocks very handy. Shop in reception for essentials useful and farm shop and cafe just next door. Small kids play area and Amanda's van selling drinks, cake etc on site was very nice. Everything well kept and the owners were present and keeping everything in order. Everyone was respectful to the rules such as the quiet time and it was very peaceful during the night. Short walk to Dawlish Warren (bit up hill on the way back) and only 3 min drive to Sainsbury's for supplies. Lots of places to visit in the area. We had a lovely time and were pleased to be able to book late check out too and make the most of our last day. Thank you

Second time coming to the site this summer but came with friends and their children this time. Such a lovely site with play area, shower block, laundry area and cafe. Beach is clean and there's a fair ground area that adds to things to do locally.

Lovely site, clean and friendly! Will definitely be coming back, sad to leave. Lovely addition of the food van! My daughter and her friend didn’t want to leave, enjoyed being back to basics! Close to beach and amenities, highly recommend ☺️

Brilliant site. Very friendly and accommodating staff who take you to your pitch on arrival. Super clean shower block and toilets. Very large pitches and great views. Also just a short walk to Dawlish Warren where you can get a train to any part of country. Definitely will book again.

Friendly welcome on arrival, escorted to our pitch with a run through of pitch boundaries/electric hook up and where facilities were located. We were also invited to there 50th anniversary gathering with a bbq and games etc, all money raised was donated to Air Ambulance. The toilet and shower facilities were always warm and clean, shop on site at reception with necessary supplies. It was a short walk out the main gate turn right and head 10-15 minutes down the road to the main beach with restaurants - shops - arcade - go karting. Lovely walk along the sea front and railway line about a couple of miles. There’s also a farm shop just out the main gate turn left and it’s on the left hand side on the bend, plenty of choice for the bbq. Definitely visit campsite again.
