Nice little site, very friendly staff, great location.
Saturday evening communal campfire with converted Fire Engine mobile DJ was a great touch. Don't let that put you off if it's not your thing, it's far enough down the site not to disturb you.
Washing up sinks are clean and have good hot water.
Good value for money.

Not a complaint, the site is totally up front about it, but it would have been nice if it had showers, although then it would cost more and you can't have everything.

Was greeted by friendly hosts told where to pop our tent, we were literally pitched right next to the play park which was great seeing as we had 2 young children with us. (I was worried about being able to get them I to bed but it wasn't an issues ad all the running around wore them out). Toilets basic clean and functional, lovely small pond to walk around which young children could not access unless with an adult.
Washing up facilities (dishes) again basic, functional and clean. Campfire to hire was a lovely touch plenty of wood given (unless you're my husband). Saturday night is a must on this site a fire engine is brought onto site and taken up to the top field where a big bonfire is lit and the fire engine plays music and and has disco lights, was enjoyed by everyone. Darren very friendly and approachable could have a bit of banter. Would definitely stay here again lovely quiet site even with a handful of children on site it was lovely and peaceful.

Absolutely nothing wasthe perfect site

We loved everything about our stay at the fire engine. Lovely touch with balloons and happy birthday banners upon arrival as we were celebrating our twins birthday. Beds and bedding super cosy, board games to play for the kids, cosy fire pit outside and a well wiped BBQ which we whipped a cooked breakfast upon! Kids had so much fun and loved the play area too. The nicest cleaned toilets I’ve seen anywhere I’ve stayed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Kingfisher park to singles, couples or families. Thank you x

Nothing at all everything was perfect x

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived - someone even came to open the gate so we didn’t need to get out of the car. We were shown around “Big Red” the fire engine and amenities. The facilities were all immaculate and everything was provided.

The only thing I wish is that it was clearer on booking (Pitchup error) that our stay did include use of shower facilities. Confirmation booking stated there wasn’t so we didn’t take towels etc as it was just one night.

Play area was well kept

Very quiet are felt very awkward if the child made noise etc especially being one of 2 on the side

Accommodation was clean and well kept. A well stocked camping kitchen. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Quiet, safe and secure campsite for the children to play. Children loved the play area.

Stayed in Big red. Amazing night. From a warm welcome to full on friendliness we had the best time. Kids enjoyed time spent at the park and playing football whilst adults relaxed. Campsite beautiful and very clean. Cant wait to stay again

What's not to like, super friendly, huge camp fire on Saturday night and a decent pub five minutes cycle ride away. Only a pity that the camp fire was doused at 10pm when the quiet period on the site started

what a find! Small but well run, facilities adequate (no hot showers) Some very quirky pods to stay in. Lovely atmosphere, organised but relaxed.
