A wonderful piece of magic situated amongst beautiful Cornish nature! Our hosts were really welcoming and caring. Walking distance to a nice pub and a wonderful stretch of coastline. Tent and kitchen is kitted out with all the essentials plus more.

Magical site in the woods, submerged in the greenness of nature. The tent and pitch was great, on a large wooden decking raised above ground, with awnings to shelter the cooking and eating sites from the rain. Very comfortable bed with proper mattress and duvet. Delight bathing in the stream. Great 'dry' eco toilet. The camp was really well provisioned, with everything you need for food preparation.
The site owners gave really helpful pre-arrival instructions to make the most of our stay, for example there is no fridge and advised how to keep food cool and helpful 'fridge' alternatives.
Only 5mins walk to the local pub, hamlet and Lamorna Cove.

Not much really. It rained last two days and as in most campsites, it's difficult to dry wet towels!

The beautiful location, the sounds of the forest at night, the comfy bed, Daisy was very friendly and welcoming and had loads of local knowledge as she has lived in the area all her life. I enjoyed living more simply and disconnecting from technology for a bit. Loved this place, would definitely go back :)

Into the Woods was simply amazing - and everything I hoped it would be.
Daisy and Fran have thought of everything needed to create the perfect place to get away from it all and switch off for a few days.
All you need to bring with you is a towel and some food supplies - as all you need for cooking and eating is provided for you.
The lack of phone signal was a good way to disconnect from things & was a nice excuse for switching off our phones for a few days. And if you need to plug in and charge your tech the staff at the nearby Lamorna Wink pub can help you out with that (Charlie the barman even let us borrow his power bank for a couple of days - incredible).
The campsite feels remote - but it’s only a short walk to the bus stop to take you wherever you want to go along the Cornish coast from Penzance to Lands End and beyond. Or you can walk along the South Coast Path from nearby Lamorna Cove too. The views are spectacular!

Into the Woods makes you feel like you’re living in a Cathedral of Trees - a very special place indeed.

We had a lovely stay at into the woods. Daisy gave us a warm welcome and directed us to different places (to eat, bus stop etc). We stayed in the yellow tent and it had a very comfortable bed with a thermal duvet. There is a nice kitchen area with whatever you need, and the site is right by a river so you can hear it running as you lie in bed, which was wonderful. The welcome pack includes lots of different things including leaflets of nearby places and menus, so even though you don’t have signal you still have some information available. We walked down to the cove which was a really nice little walk and the cove was cosy and peaceful.
