Lovely campsite, well kept. Staff friendly. Lots of country walks from the campsite.

The site was beautifully clean and the tent pitches were so generous in size with a lovely line of trees separating each pitch. The staff on site were incredibly friendly and the facilities were great.
We had breakfast on our last day in the cafe which was very tasty and good value for money.
The fishing pond is a lovely feature and the river was the perfect spot to cool down from the sunshine.
We definitely plan to return.

We really enjoyed our stay, the weather was great the facilities on site were clean and well maintained. The staff on site were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of great walks around.
Loubee's restaurant did great pizzas and breakfasts, which we both enjoyed very much.
This was the second time that we have stayed here and we will certainly be back again.

Loved the the pitches were marked out by trees. Showers were big, hot and powerful. Large play area for the kids and we spent a day fishing in the top lake where the kids (5&7) caught loads of fish! 🎣
The staff at the reception were always really friendly and helpful!

The taps to collect (drinking) water are quite old and taped up. Which makes me question the hygiene but also we saw someone empty a dirty waste bucket in this area which again could splash up onto the tap.

Amazing spacious plots, clean and well maintained site with loads of space and amenities, friendly staff, easy access onto the river and canal to go paddle boarding.

Not a bad word to be said. I think the only thing missing was no wood campfires being allowed. Completely understand why, so can’t give marks against for this.
There is almost no phone signal and the free WiFi coverage was too weak to connect too. But again, loved the forced technology switch off.

This site is stunning from the clean toilets to the well kept surrounding land, the staff are awesome and can’t do enough to help if a problem arises, 10 o’clock at night it’s like someone turns the volume down aiding a wonderful nights sleep, fishing lakes are well stocked and to just sit there is a joy watching the wild life go past, but some good size fish in them, and the shop is a good well stocked shop,

Disabled toilets are not fit for purpose, but the park staff are not responsible for the disabled facilities, so head office if you read the this review sort out the disabled toilets, they need to be bigger and lower the clothes hangers to a more suitable level for a wheelchair user, I myself am registered disabled and struggle to walk to the big lake, but it would of been useful to fill the car with the fishing gear and drive up, as I believe if the speed limit of 5mph would be of no harm to the wildlife as there is paths large enough to take cars, again no reflection on staff,
