Loved all of Golden coast, booked again. Staff were young but enthusiastic, friendly and very professional.

Entertainment, activities, site and staff all perfects, reasonable and helpful.

Pitch was very sloped - we managed and could have asked to move if it was that much of an issue.

When we arrived it was a quick check in showed us where we needed to go and gave us a handy pack of information we needed. We have a 5 year old and 1 year old and found all the activities they had were perfect, the pool is limited to numbers for safety, I found this not a problem to us we just booked in the morning and the pool inside doesn’t require any booking. The arcades are clean and tidy, and there is a soft play next to the bowling alley which is a huge bonus for us! The pottery painting was reasonably priced and the showers and toilets were always clean when we used them. The pitches were very large. The staff work really hard with the staff they have and I think it shouldn’t go unnoticed!
After seeing some really negative reviews I was anxious to go but once we got there we couldn’t see what the gripes were about. Perfect site and location!
Another added bonus was this kids eat free with an Adults meal which saved us a fortune!
This site is Literally 3 minute drive to the beach! We will definitely be returning!

The receptionist (bloke with shirt not tucked in) on the few occasions we went there for help, we found him very disengaging and unhelpful, I’m not sure it’s a role he’s suited for to be customer facing.

Clean site and central for local beaches.

Outdoor swimming pool had to be booked every morning by 8:30am otherwise couldn’t get in for rest of the day. Doesn’t say this on the website or booking. Plus does not say this on the email they sent during our stay. If I had known this I would have booked elsewhere

the weather lol. changing and washing up facilities were good and clean.

organisation. was told to come down at 10am to book the outside pool. went down at 830 just to double check and every space had been taken. it took 3 attempts the day before to use the outside pool. entertainment was mediocre. that's why we spent extra on this place rather than somewhere else. kinda ruined the holiday for us.

Location to Woolacomb Beach

Feel deceived. The website shows nice pitched with bushes between but in arrival, we were directed to what can only be described as a big car park!! The ground was so hard we bent 3 heavy duty screw in pegs trying to get the awning for our campervan pegged down.
The shower block is pretty shoddy too. Push button showers with a 3 second flow with absolutely nowhere to put wash bag/clothes/towel. The mirrors above the sinks show from your belly button down to your thighs.
This site was not cheap and was probably the worst site we've stayed on for the price. We would not return to this site but will continue to visit Woolacombe.

We had a great time. Loads to do, especially loved the outside pool and the bowling alley!

We really enjoyed the facilities, outdoor pool was good, entertainment for the kids was good. The bathroom facilities were very clean.

The pitches were disappointing, didn't like the all gravel pitches, bit like a car park, grass would be so much better
