The entertainment was great, facilities were good and clean.

Pitches are not level.

Location, on site facilities, cleanliness of site, well maintained gravel pitches with there own water taps & drains

Nothing really only bad point was a couple of pot holes on site and tight areas to drive with caravan

Clean site with lots of facilities. Would suit families with children. Convenient for Woolacombe. Pitch was a good size. It was generally nice and quiet with some noise from the entertainment but this did not go on late.
There is a well stocked shop on site.

The reception was closed when we arrived despite claims it stayed open until 10pm. We collected our information pack from the bowling alley where the lady was unable to give clear directions to the pitch. The lady in the gift shop was also unable to offer any help. We managed to find our way but I’m glad it was summer and still light!
Phone reception on the pitch was poor and so was the wifi.
Our pitch was sloping and even on the top of the chucks our van still had a tilt. ( This varied depending on location- plenty of level pitches as well)

We loved the outdoor pool , the food, great choice on drinks , washing facilities were very clean and in excellent condition very well maintained , we traveled with our older children and a 4 year old we were all catered for the evening entertainment was spot on for all

Lack of disability options in shows. Food in the club was OK if you are into burgers

The site in general was great, with friendly and helpful staff with clean and tidy facilities.

Indoor pool was well maintained and monitored with good lifeguards on a constant rota. Although they did not reign in the lady videoing her children in the pool when we visited, it was probably something I would also have let go as well, its nice to see sometimes, it was clear nothing untoward was afoot, although rules are rules. They reigned the over-boisterous behaviour of a few teenagers without hesitation.

All pitches are gravel and gently sloping.

Outdoor swimming pool closed, but you're entirely forgiven that was a particularly wet and cold winter that undoubtedly pushed construction back a few weeks, but looks like it'll be finished very very soon.

Unable to register an online account. Every time I try it says email cannot be registered and defaults the address field to the Netherlands and cannot be altered.

Cant find a way to access the 15% discount code for future bookings as detailed on site literature.
