Facilities were nice. A nice indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Good bar and bowling alley. A pleasant pitch and putt. The toilets were always clean.

The touring pitches were 100% gravel, and not very level.
Terrible 4g. The WiFi only worked inside, or just outside, the main buildings.

Clean showers and toilet block, kids enjoyed the pools and the play areas

Outdoor pool booking system, you need to queue up at 830 in the morning to book a slot for that day. Alot of the onsite accommodation is run down and in need of a paint.

We arrived on site to be greeted by a lovely member of staff , noted this was a drive through check I'm which I thought was a great idea seen as we were super tired from the trip.
Arrived st the pitch it was a hardstanding pitch and quite large so lots of space to accommodate us.
Facilities were clean and we did see people cleaning them daily ,
The swimming pools were great one being outdoor and another one inside , slides , inflatables , paddle boats so much to do for the kids on this site , with an arcade and inside bowling. The kids had a blast.
The evening entertainment was lovely the kids enjoyed it as did we. The site is 5 mins away from woolacombe beach which is a fantastic beach , especially if you love sandy beaches and big waves.
The staff on site were very helpful when needed.
I definitely reccomend this site , so much to do for children of all ages. We will definitely be back :)

The only thing I would like to hsve next time is option to choose my own pitch now knowing the site I know where I would like to be

The size of the pitch was great , plenty of facilities on site for the children. A bus ride into Woolacombe itself picks you up right outside the complex and only costs £5.20 for two adults, and this is a return, it’s cheaper than taking your car.

Toilet and shower block quite a walk away from our pitch. Although they were cleaned they still were quite dirty, hair for days on walls of shower, hair on floor of shower, mould in corner of shower unit.
As we were under some trees, we had wasps constantly coming in our living space, which wasn’t nice for the children. For the size of the complex I really don’t think they had enough staff to cope with the amount of people staying, as you were constantly waiting for food orders, or even just to get served, certain machines in the arcade were broken, I guess the whole complex look tired.

The site had loads of activities for the kids, the pitches were a good size and clean, the shower block was cleans and the individual shower rooms made family showers easy with young children. Born pools were clean and well life guarded

Only dislike was the prize process for the arcades, the points made it impossible for the kids to get a half decent prize with our spending a small fortune

Showers as you had to keep pressing button every 2 seconds.

Great location, pub 2 minutes walk showers and toilets plentiful, good laundry facilities

Club house was good but too many kids running round tables and very noisy, showers could do with a mop so people can clean after themselves

Helpful staff. Plenty to do onsite if the weather is bad. Kids loved the evening entertainment(great staff). Loved the free pools(well organised) and golf. Great shop onsite too. Easy to find site. On bus route if needed. Good value for money.

Outside kids play parks are old and need updating and some parts very unsafe. No big park on site for ages 5 to 10 say, only little park for under 5s really and its very small and basic. Maybe get rid of electric car trackby outside pool and put in an outside bigger kids play park? Busy site ref car traffic, so kids can't relax and walk around and play that safely. No freezer block storage/exchange for people in tents or campervans. Water tap supply on 1 side of pitches only and have to go through other people pitching in order to fill up water etc. Only 2 washing up stations for touring and motorhome people.

Friendly and helpful staff

Toilets not being all that clean. Pitch hard to get pegs into. Grey waste did not have a facility dedicated for emptying.

Bowling although expensive

Most of the site toilets dirty! paths not lit at night nothing at all for teenagers everything very pricey to busy for facilities had to book swimming and only 1 45 min slot per day allowed
