Lovely clean peaceful site with realy friendly staff 10/10

Wifi throughout the site would be the only improvement

The site/showers and toilet were very clean although the water in the shower in the morning was far from warm! When we went up to the pub for an evening meal we were asked if we'd booked however we weren't warned on arrival to do so as they were busy so we were restricted an had to be finished within the hour which if we'd had a starter, main and dessert we wouldn't have had the time to eat. Perhaps it should be suggested when booking in to the campsite to book a table. The staff weren't very welcoming either and we weren't asked how our meal was, probably due to being so busy,which unfortunately wasn't very warm. We felt as though we were putting them out by being there. We met a wonderful couple staying on the site though so we had a lovely evening 😁

Great pitches and fantastic food in the pub

Great pitch size, well maintained site, facilities really clean. Pub/ restaurant really nice. Great food, good prices, welcoming staff. Good location.

Toilet facilities were good but limited.. one loo/ two showers in each although you can also use the pub facilities. My wife also didn’t have anywhere to plug in hairdryer. Having said that, we were in a campervan and never actually had to queue. Many of the other campers were big whiteys with built in facilities anyway.
Minor issue of washing up facilities not being undercover… weather wasn’t great but to be honest, we were camping in March so what did we expect!!

Clean showers. Very well kept site. Lovely views of the hills behind with lambs. River behind.

Road a bit noisy. Site a bit remote. Site a bit pricey. Pub had a few things off the menus but staff were lovely.

Good size pitches with hedges seperating then. Clean facliites. Nice pub with great food and choice of drinks. good location friendly staff

Only 1WC facility washing up area was not covered

No phone signal - quiet road noise, overpowered by the river / stream.

Nothing, great stay

Food was good but expensive

1. No phone signal on all networks only phone available was the Inns phone but out of hours (after 22:00) not able to use the Inns phone to call out.
2. WiFi only available in the pub even though advertised as limited on site.
3. Service Pitches to small, grey water drain to high, by the time you put caravan and awning up there's no room to put the car apart from on the Inns car park.
4. The luxury pitch was to small for our twin axle caravan we couldn’t position without motor mover.(due to the roadside hedge).
5. Not enough toilets. You have 1 toilet and 2 showers for the ladies and the same for men. This is not really a lot when you have 20 pitches and 2 bell tents.
