Really nice location with plenty of things to do nearby. Having a pool onsite is a bonus and the food in the resturaunt whilst slightly expensive was amazing and all home cooked.
All staff that we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and kind.

Cost of pool was quite expensive (prices not advertised on website). Showers only staying on for 10 seconds at a time, whilst I understand the watersaving aim here 10 seconds is no where near long enough for a shower. The toliet block was one of the smallest I've seen on a campsite with only 1 toliet and show in the gents and ladies unless you used the accessable one. Also free wifi was not good enough to do anything, even browsing the internet was impossible.

Clean and very well maintained shower and laundry/cleaning facilities, very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, easy check in process

Paying alot for use of pool, outdoor pool left in disrepair, no entertainment or activities on site which would have really elevated the experience staying as a young family

This is not a site for tents.. or swimming or children.

All you will do is subsidise the permanent residents.

Avoid avoid avoid.

Everything except the staff, they are doing their best with the new owners.

Great location with only a 10/15 min walk to the falls, Cardigan is only a short drive at 20 min and has some lovely pubs and shops. The coastal farm park also a short drive is a must if you have kids. The site itself is peaceful (depending on neighbours).

Advertised as having an indoor pool which is why we picked it but you will need to take a small loan out if you would like to go more than once it also has no shallow end. (There is a leisure center in nearby Newcastle emlyn which is much more reasonable and kid friendly) the shower/toilet block is very dated. You will need to bring a drill to get your tent pegs in.

Lovely location, clean well presented site. Bar and club area very nice.

Only criticism is the toilet / shower facilities are not really enough for the amount of touring spaces on the site.

Jacuzzi was not working, neither was the stream room. Price for swim without these facilities is not worth 7.20 each. Rather expensive

Well positioned site , easy access to cardigan , the falls about 15 minutes walk away are beautiful!

The loos and showers are very dated and I think needed to be kept much cleaner because of their age makes them feel a bit grubby ,- also one evening the water was stone cold so no shower for most of the site
- also maybe my fault for not researching better , but I was under the impression that there was a pool there is a pool but it’s green and fenced off however you can pay to use the spa pool but we have a dog so that wasn’t an option

We were with a group of 3 other families, were separated but not an issue. Check in was super easy given a welcome pack to show us where our pitch was and where the facilities were. Lovely park for the children to play in, it was next to the main road which did concern me a bit. Also it was located the other side of the park would be better closer to the touring pitches. Good sized pitches with grass spacers in between each pitch. Toilets are were fab, cleaned like 4 times a day. The bar was lovely, friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks.
Had a lovely walk to the falls and a swim in the lake the kids loved it. Walked up to a local pub for a quick drink before heading back.

Pool - had to pay £28 (this was with discount) for the pool which was freezing. Pool should be included within the site charge as it’s not cheap. Found out that if your in a static you can use the pool for free, but not if your touring.
Showers - very dire, push button and only stayed on for about 10 seconds. Hardly any pressure.
Staff - there were numerous complaints about music over the weekend (we didn’t play music) and other campers having music wars between each other which was supposedly loud but didn’t bother us. They were quick to react to other people’s complaints. However one evening, a white pick up truck came zooming round the touring field and stopped in front of our group (we were all looking at the Indian food menu at the time) and he jumped out very abruptly asking what’s with the music!? We were like we aren’t playing music we are discussing dinner options. He said we’ve had so many complaints about music and he’s stressed with it. Well don’t jump at us and try to be a bit more polite next time pal.
