An enjoyable holiday on a nice site. The clubhouse bar and restaurant were good, with dogs allowed. Reasonably well situated for Cenarth Falls and great beaches like Poppit Sands.

As a dog owner there is nowhere on site or next door to exercise your dog.
We were pitched up against a long line of Conifer Trees which made it a little gloomy.
The Cockerels on the neighbouring property ensured a really early wake up call that you couldn’t ignore!!
The hard standing pitches made it very difficult to get the pegs in on awning and family tents, despite using heavy pegs we bent many! A real metal hammer is a must!
Whilst it is relatively small campsite for tents, caravans and campervans the toilet and shower block facilities were limited.
We were not aware of the fact that the outdoor pool was out of action a real disappointment for the grandchildren.

On going logging trees or something on site from early morning to late at night it stopped at 9pm on Saturday. It amazed me at it was dark
Cleanliness of the toilets is 100% could do with an extra shower as only 2 in block

The owners were lovely great to speak to and help us about the resort, staff were amazing couldn't be more helpful and friendly from reception to the bar, the food was amazing, thought it was pricey but I was wrong, was worth every penny. The pool was clean and a pleasure to use. The pitch was a perfect size for our camper and the facilities were clean. We enjoyed every day we had there. And to win best dressed at the quiz was a bonus hahaha

Was nothing to dislike, only one option which wasn't a dislike, but the outdoor pool would have been a great option with the kids.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our daughter loved the touring site as she likes meeting other children. Pool, sauna and steam room were all good.

Daughter didn't like the fact she couldn't go in the jacuzzi, she's only 7 and couldn't see why she couldn't

Returning couple. Came three years ago and loved it so came back and was great to see the upgrades to the site.

Phat forks was gorgeous food absolutely outstanding and wonderful friendly staff.

Lovely touring area with clean toilets and showers.
Stunning walk down to the falls. Couple of lovely pubs and a nice deli cafe and ice cream stall which we enjoyed.

Showers not that powerful. Also as hard standing was really difficult to pitch the tent even with hard standing pegs. saw a couple using a drill to get theirs in which seemed like a great idea. I tried to soak the ground a little but didn’t really work. We broke our mallet and then couldn’t put up our wind break.
Also..Shame that the outdoor pool is not open would be a gorgeous addition to the site.

Lovely location within walking distance to the falls and shops.
Lovely landscaping within the park, decent pitches and surrounded by beautiful forestry.
Phatforks (restaurant on site) was lovely, great service, great food, great cocktails and were able to accommodate a large group (18) at very short notice. Thank you 🙏

Outdoor pool was closed with no notification from site. A swim in the indoor pool was £10 per person which I think is a bit extreme. However we just swam in the nearby river which was lots of fun.

Not great for dogs toileting needs, no designated area which meant that they were either forced to do their business on site in the limited grassed areas between caravans, which wasn’t ideal or you will need to go on the hunt for an open space in the village.

The toilet/shower facilities are in desperate need of modification and more regular cleaning. We arrived on a Friday and left on Monday and there was no evidence of them being cleaned once during that time.
The ladies toilets smelt really strongly of urine and the showers were in need of some bleach and a good scrub!

Bring ear plugs too if you are a light sleeper as there is a cockerel in a neighbouring property who was in full swing at 6am every morning! Not the responsibility of the site, but worth mentioning! We found it amusing as we are morning people and weren't too bothered, but I can see how this could annoy some people.
