Non mi è piaciuto: 2 days before arrival we were called by the site and informed the the site pub/restaurant wouldn't be selling food and the swimming pool would be closed. On arrival we were also told that the site shop wasn't well stocked as it was out of season.. my question is ... WHY continue to take bookings and people's money if none of the services advertised are provided? Also, the noise from the site pub was awful. The music was far too loud, we could hardly hear our own tv in our caravan. There was also 2 young families side by side in caravans slightly over from us. Their music was full on loud, and the shouting and swearing coming from their vans was terrible, very anti social. Not once were these families told to turn the noise down, and to have some consideration for the other residents. Myself and my husband (Who are not pensioners btw) were really looking forward to a nice relaxing wkend away but unfortunately that's not what we had. Very very disappointed with our stay at Campsie Glen. Will we be back..NO, Will we recommend to others... DEFINITELY NOT.
