Lovely quiet site. Good size pitch and great customer service. The amenities were very good. Would highly recommend.

Well laid out and easy for first time motorhomers. Bar good food very good.

Opening hours of cafe and bar very restricted. Would have liked to have breakfast but cafe closed. Toilet block unkept.

The site was clean and tidy in a a great location for the beach,wookey hole and cheddar gorge.

Second night a caravan pitched up the caravan pitched up sideways leaving no room for their car so they parked in the front meaning we couldn’t access our pitch without driving across an empty pitch this was inconsiderate and should not be allowed if we were there longer I would have gone to reception.

Nice clean compact site, friendly and welcoming. On site shop well thought of for things you may have forgot to pack! Good location for visiting nearby areas. Large shower cubicles with powerful hot water showers made getting ready easy. Plenty of local produce readily available from the the many roadside stalls. Nice views. Peaceful site in the daytime.

We liked the site and would have gone back but sad to put this as not their fault but nearby dog boarding kennels must have been full and both nights we were there they began barking continuously from 3am for.about 2 hours. We are dog lovers but we were a little put off by these very disturbed nights. However, we were in a tent so maybe a van user may have more sound protection?

Lovely site, staff were great, friendly and helpful. Good size pitch. The lodge offered good food and local ciders. Kids loved the play area. Location was good for Wookey hole, cheddar gauge, Glastonbury, hour drive to longleat. Plenty supermarkets in close driving distance. Showers/toilet block always clean and tidy. Handy little shop not over priced.

Only negatives was swimming pool changing rooms were small but if you don’t mind walking back to tent/camper in a towel not a problem. Had we known our strawberry field pitch was a stones throw away from the lodge and play area we might have choose a different pitch to avoid the weekend noise as little one was shattered by 9.30. Can’t imagine it would be a problem for families with older kids who want the weekend disco scene.

Hard to get booked in there always busy lol

The staff & atmosphere were nice. Pitch was level and a good size. It was full but didn’t feel busy. Facilities clean and fairly modern. Good social centre of the park. Indoor pool small but good. We liked Bucklegrove. Would visit again!

I liked how friendly and welcoming the campsite was. Staff were so friendly as needed to charge laptop for a work email and didn’t have electric hook-up in tor view and they charged it up for me. The food in the bar was amazing and it looked as if the staff were all one big family which is really refreshing. Any questions we had were answered within a few minutes I can’t fault the staff one bit!!

There wasn’t actually anything to put here it was a proper lovely stay
