On arrival in reception met by very friendly staff nothing is to much trouble for them.
The pitch was great easy to reverse into very level plenty of space for the awning and the car. The showers and toilets were kept exceptionally clean The showers were great. The views were amazing and 99% of the time very peaceful and quiet.

Just one road we had to travel down to get to the site

This site is just not for me.

Our allocated pitch was under a large tree which made it very dark and quite cold despite the hot day. It was also immediately next to the male chemical WCs and as the pitches are not large people were literally only a metre or so from the side of the van as they passed. The dates I booked were for a midweek break cafe/bar was closed. I checked with them first and was told it would be open one of the evenings of my stay, but it wasn't. The site plan shows a field gate and I asked about dog walks. The gate led straight out onto a road.

The site was clean tidy and very well kept and staff were all friendly. The restaurant/bar served nice food and the indoor pool was a great bonus

Friendly atmosphere, good location, pool

Pitches v close together and no space for children to run around. This meant that they were constantly being asked by us parents to rein in their behaviour and stay away from other tents.

Good sized pitch and good value. Good facilities including free pool.

Nice site toilet blocks good restaurant & bar good friendly staff didn’t have time to go in pool but looked good, in all enjoyed our short stay would definitely go back

Only thing for us we were under a tree to much shade no view & pigeons pooping on van, easy entrance & access only comment a sign to say where entrance is about 150/200 yds before entrance as it’s on you before you know it and it’s a fairly busy road

Great staff and site, we had 3 pitches together with our Children and Grandson, great location for day trips or relax on site with a shop, bar/restaurant, indoor pool and childs pay area.
