We’re glad the new park shop hit the spot we make sure it’s well stocked, and it’s always great to hear our warm, yummy morning pastries went down a treat! And of course, our famous fish and chips get everyone debating: salt and vinegar or not? I’m sorry that the men’s toilets weren’t up to standard I’ve passed this on to our touring teams to sort. I also apologise that our Welcome Teams didn’t direct you as clearly as they should have on arrival we’ll make sure first-time visitors feel more confident finding their way next time. I’m genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shower and toilet facilities. This is certainly not the standard we aim for. Our facilities should always be clean, warm, and practical for all guests, including those with specific needs such as space for clothing or contact lens care. I will be passing this straight to our touring management team so we can address these concerns urgently. It’s in our nature to keep improving, and comments like yours help us do exactly that. Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear you found the toilets dirty in the evening. Our touring teams check these regularly to ensure they’re kept clean, and I will pass this on so we can address it promptly. Regarding the map, we do email this ahead of arrival, but we also have larger printed maps available at Reception for anyone who may need one. We do have our Elsan waste point located on the touring field, and I’m sorry this wasn’t easy to locate. Clearer signage is something we are actively working on it’s in our nature to keep improving. Our park teams work super hard to keep everything spotless and are always up for a chat, a laugh, or to lend a helping hand they’re some of the best around! During quieter, out-of-peak times, a few facilities may close a little earlier and there might be fewer activities running. If you fancy a busier vibe next time, we’d recommend booking during peak season when the park is buzzing with things to do and loads of fun to be had! Thank you so much for your feedback! I’ve already notified our touring teams about the waste water pipe so this can be sorted right away. As for the dog mess, our park is home to a lot of wonderful wildlife from our many birds to the mischievous Mr Fox so it could well have been one of them leaving their mess behind! That said, we’ve placed plenty of dog bins around the park and always encourage all dog owners to be responsible and clear up after their pets. My apologies that this affected your stay. On a brighter note, we’re so glad you enjoyed how much there is to do here. Our park is bursting with activities, facilities, and a fun-packed entertainment programme for all ages something we’re really proud of and always working hard to deliver. I’m so sorry there was a disturbance during your stay we’re just so excited to begin the improvements across the park! I’ll be informing our touring teams about the drainage in the showers to make sure this is addressed quickly.
It’s great to hear you enjoyed the dog-friendly atmosphere, though I completely understand the challenges with the muddy ground while the works are underway. The road surfaces are also on our radar for attention.
