Good facilities including the good sized outdoor pool and well stocked shop. The pictures are fantastic, thank you for sharing them! So pleased you enjoyed the food and our Jetty terrace - they're serving some really delicious options this year.
The dog walking area on Beverley Bay has some of the best views of the local area and a great place to let pooches run free - I'm sorry you felt it was on the small side. We'll take this feedback on board.
Our location on top of the hill means we can benefit from those fantastic views, but does mean it's a little hilly on the way up - I'm pleased you found the local bus service useful.

The nearby bus service is very good.Non mi è piaciuto: The site is not in Paignton as described, it's in Goodrington which is a good 40 minute walk to Paignton. The pictures used to illustrate the site are misleading as it is a LONG way from anywhere, especially the beaches. It is saved only by the bus service being nearby.
The shower block, whilst maintained and cleaned needs to be aired properly. It regularly smells and is too hot due to a lack of ventilation. Mops / squeegees should be left out so that people can clean the shower floors - they are often dirty between users which is revolting. Signs should be added to encourage people to use the bins for their rubbish. There is no cold water for teeth cleaning/handwashing.
The site is advertised as dog friendly. it's not. At best it is dog tolerant. There are only 4 indoor restaurant tables available to dog families which frequently get booked. Dogs are not allowed anywhere else. The dog field is quite far away and very small/dull. Outdoor dog bowls weren't filled.
The bar on the smaller site never seemed to be open, despite checking during the times the reception staff said it would be open.
Our pitch was covered in cigarette butts when we arrived which were a hazard for our dog and looked awful.
There were also large numbers of the traveller community on site driving round in loud 4x4 vehicles at all times and running hoses to their caravans from public/shared taps for days at a time. The children were left to run wild and threw plastic waters bottles and kicked our tent/ropes. We left early.
None of the tent/tourer pitches looked level. You will need blocks if in a motorhome.
We got fish and chips from the bar one evening which were fine but I heard a couple complaining that their sausages were very under cooked at breakfast. We didn't use the restaurants to eat beyond that one experience.

I'm sorry that you felt our location was misleading - we are in Goodrington, which is just two miles from Paignton town centre and just 1 mile from the nearest beach, Goodrington Sands. I am pleased to hear that you found the bus to be convenient to get around the area.
I am sorry that you were disappointed with the cleanliness of the facilities during your stay, I will pass your feedback regarding the toilet blocks on to our facilities team as these are very valuable comments.
I'm sorry you found our dog field to be dull, I think it has some of the best sea views on the park, and offers a space for free running for pooches - we also have some dog agility items that you can borrow from our reception if you're so inclined. Our Catch Takeaway and Jetty terrace are both dog friendly, along with as you note, the front section of the Jetty restaurant itself - although I do appreciate that this area can get busy at peak times.
Your comments regarding the pitch on arrival are concerning, I've passed your comments on to our maintenance team to ensure pitch checks are completed before arrival.
With regards to the behaviour of other guests on site, we encourage all guests to be respectful of others whilst on park so that we can maintain an enjoyable and relaxing environment for all and our team do keep an eye on this whilst out on park.
I'm really pleased that you found our staff to be friendly, and the site generally clean and well maintained. Our entertainment team work so hard to put on a varied programme for all guests to enjoy so I've passed on your feedback regarding their effort and your enjoyment.

We take on board your comments regarding the toilet blocks and continually invest to improve our facilities for all guests - one of our touring blocks was completely refurbished last year and has a brand new look with underfloor heating. Sorry to hear that you found the toilets had a drainage issue during your stay - I've passed your comments on to our maintenance team for urgent attention.
Seagulls are a common issue in coastal areas unfortunately, however I appreciate your suggestion about giving advice on them in the emails and app notifications - we'll certainly add this for consideration.

Thanks for your review - I'm so pleased you loved our pool, sauna and dog walking area - the views from Pawadise Park are truly spectacular, one of my favourite spots on the park.
We offer free Wifi in our bar and restaurant, but it is chargeable should you wish to use it on your pitch. I am so sorry that you felt uncomfortable on departure day, this is not our usual way so I have passed this feedback on to our siting team to ensure this doesn't happen again.
