I am sorry to read that you found our toilet block cleanliness to be unacceptable, our housekeeping team work hard to keep the toilet block as clean as possible throughout the day and I have passed your comments on. We did have a slight issue with the drains last week which is being sorted, and I hope that when we welcome you back again, you'll find the toilets to be back to our usual standard - should you have any issues, please let us know and we'll get these rectified as soon as possible.

Delighted that you enjoyed the pools and the sauna and steam room. The views are truly spectacular and some of our non-electric pitches are best positioned to enjoy these.

Thanks so much for your review, we're really pleased you liked our facilities and found the park to be clean.
We're lucky to be located in a stunning part of South Devon, with sea views from the majority of the touring pitches, although I do appreciate that some of the pitches don't have a direct sea view from the pitch. Next time you stay with us, let us know if you have a specific pitch or area in mind, and we can check availability for you. We do charge a small fee if you request a specific pitch, but it means you'll definitely have that pitch on arrival. You're never far from a stunning vista here though.

Firstly, what a lovely photo of our Saltwater/Beverley Bay terrace - thank you for sharing this with us and for you 10/10 review.
Love your comments on the cleanliness and the friendly staff and that you enjoyed the clubhouse - the entertainments team are absolute Stars this year!
