Nem kedvelték A very poor experience. Arrived Thursday and walked into reception to be told their system stated we should have arrived two days ago, got out my booking confirmation from pitch up which clearly stated arrival Thursday. A younger lady with a red cap was very rude and had zero customer service skills. It was like I was a random person walking in asking if they could squeeze us on. Still very confused the two staff didn’t really know how to handle the situation and was talking about setting up an emergency pitch. I asked where should I wait and how long it will take as it was 5:30pm & I had two hungry toddlers in the back of the car. Again, the staff still couldn’t advise much but told us to wait in the overspill car park. We did finally get on a pitch and had one free drink but overall the customer service we received was appalling. The toilets and shower block were disgusting. Would not recommend.
