Kedvelték The pod/ camping area was generally well-kept, the toilet block was generally as clean as you would expect for a shared area. The staff on site were really kind and enthusiastic, whilst all seemed a little distracted with the “Marlie fest” they were clearly excited and wanted it to be fun for all!

Nem kedvelték Our pod itself could have done with a deeper clean, the children found discarded plastic bottles down the side of their mattresses on the bunk beds and there was debris under the beds. Outside our pod there was rubbish /cigarette butts which I cleared myself on arrival. Our electric went out. And although staff came out to fix it, it went off again, so on return to the pod after the entertainment at 11pm we found it was off again and our cooled items in our cool box fridge were no longer cool. However, we called and staff came out again so although frustrating staff did rectify this for us.

Kedvelték The pods were warm and well-kept, the toilet/shower facilities were kept clean and within very east reach of the pods- as were the entertainment facilities/pool etc. Staff were all friendly!

Nem kedvelték Not a big deal at all but- no signs for the pod parking (not clear from the main car park, just a small little sign would do!) it was torrential rain when I arrived and travelling alone so would have been a little helpful :) A great stay, great facilities! All staff I interacted with were positive and helpful. Toilet/ shower facilities kept clean and although I liked the idea of them being locked and felt safe and secure (accessible by key) a few hooks in the bathroom cubicles and back of the shower cubicle doors may be helpful as no where to put your keys if you’re just popping to the loo or don’t have any pockets!!
