Able to access pool without booking. Loved the crazy golf.

Showers were shocking. A trickle at best which then got cubicle wet. Nothing to clean water away.Very expensive to eat and drink.

Some staff were very helpful and especially a young lady called Lara on the bungee bouncing things. leisure facilities were very good.

Awful toilets that were blocked daily and not well maintained. Bins were over flowing.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the activities were easy to book. Shop was ok. Dog walking area was nice.

Toilets and showers were smelly and dirty with drain issue, cleaning needs to be more often.pitch was more dirt than grass, drinking water tap not labelled, washing up area needs a £5 deposit for a plug.

Setting was nice lots of large trees etc, everything on site that you need and lots to do for the children, getting water and cleaning very close,

Very noisy when the club house empty’s, still had people singing and being a nuisance after 1am, also dogs barking till the early hours of the morning, bins did get quite full, also quite expensive when we have four children and all kids facilities, playthings have to be paid for on top.

Absolutely loved our holiday at sanford, loved the heated outdoor pool , food and service was brilliant, staff very helpful and friendly ,quite a few lovely beaches close by ,plenty to do on the site , and loads of places to visit in Dorset, great place to be.

Wish the pool was open for longer as we could only go in for 1 hour at a time and would close quite early sometimes 1pm -2pm then again 4pm for other activities, totally closed at 7pm even when weather was really hot .my sons came to visit for the day with the grandchildren they loved it there didn't want to go home.

Football courts and ping pong tables

All other activities on site were paid for and very extortionate for the amount of time. 5 minutes on the bungee trampoline for £5, £13 on the high ropes for a 10 minute activity.
Toilet and shower blocks were disgusting, unclean, poo smeared over toilets, doors and walls. Blocked loos with toilet paper.
Showers had little to no water pressure, and most pointed in the wrong direction.
Barely any staff on site, to help to solve any problems.
Noise levels didn't start calming down until midnight.
Kids were stealing the unsecured ride on carts and riding them all over the place.
People too lazy to take rubbish to the next set of bins, so rubbish piled up on bins and all around on the floor.
The free wifi is terrible as there is a premium service to pay for.
The staff doing the entertainment generally looked bored and fed up
Signage to find your pitch was terrible.

Overall facilities were great

Pitch was very good. Grass and plenty of room for an awning and car. Electric hook up within easy reach and toilet blocks close but not too close. Motorhome service point was very well placed for ease of use without blocking off the road. The park had loads for the kids and the staff were brilliant. Couldn't do enough to help the kids enjoy their activities. The entertainment included was great. Kids were up dancing and interacting with the acts. Food in the restaurant and Thunderbirds cafe was very good and served quickly. The staff always checked if everything was ok and quickly replenished any sauces or cutlery needed. The outdoor power was brilliant. Everyone timed to 1 hour by a coloured wristband system allowing everyone to have access at least once a day. The reception was friendly and helpful at all times. The amusement arcade was constantly being cleaned and staff quick to rectify any faulty machines. Overall had a brilliant stay and would definitely visit again

The only thing I can fault was the toilet blocks. They had a fault and had no hot water for just over a day and the women's flushing was weak. This was the day before we left and was still faulty on leaving. Hopefully this was repaired quickly. But the rest of the times it worked fine. They were cleaned throughout the day but did start to get dirty again quickly. However, this wasn't necessarily the staffs fault. There was bins and mops around the place the have a little clean up after yourself. Some people just didn't seem to want to tidy up after themselves.

Only real issue is the bar WiFi was non existent.

Fantastic site for kids, enjoyed the outside pool and entertainment.
Pitches were well marked and facilities good.

The toilets were not very clean, some respobilty fall to the campers. They didn’t seem to care about the facilities. The pools and club were nice and entertainment was ok. Unfortunately to many trees for my liking, prefer to be more open.
