The staff in the club house where amazing and so kind.

The amount of people in caravan n tent to the small amount of showers is a joke to be fair and what I dont get is that staff on the cleaning side was using the washers n dryers onside for the tourers. I personally feel the camp site is old and outdated like the crazy golf. Most if the time 80% of the arcade machine did not work or got jammed up all the time. I feel john flower need to spend money on this site. It really is a shame. The toilet and the shower was not clean that much. I mean the was someone shit in the shower drains for 2 days or so.

Cleanliness was very poor, toilets dirty particularly in the club house, outside bar decking area was also very grubby. Showers were cold
Chemical toilet disposal point was 2 fields away from us as were showers and toilets
Bus stop was not 10 mins away more like 20 mins

Veiw was lovely

Ridiculously uneven pitches unable to rectify with ramps. Poor campers must roll in their sleep. I was charged twice because the booking dates were wrong and I didn't receive booking info until I rang and it was to late. Showers far to hot especially for children.

Friendly staff, site was reasonably clean and up together, toilets and showers were always kept clean. Didn’t use many of the on site facilities to make comment about them

The roads in the touring area are horrific, I think the one way bit needs addressing as trying to reverse uphill on to a touring pitch puts a lot of cars under undue stresses. Only 3 washing machines to service the whole site, went there to find someone inconsiderate a*****e decided to leave their washing in the machine long after it was done, after waiting 20 minutes to see if someone would get it I ended up grabbing it out and putting it on top so I could do my own, when I came back an hour later it was still sitting on top of the machines. Either put a sign up saying that you get your washing within a time scale of it being done or risk it being binned off if you don’t stop being so inconsiderate to everyone else.

Facilities looking a bit tired. Access roads full of potholes. Electrical services looking tired with some missing protective covers.
