Beautiful views very close to the beach and my kids loved the entertainment and the pool

No fridge or freezer use for tents but this is not a big problem due to the shop onsite

Check in service was very good, customer service was great in general, all questions got answered.

Location was on the hill so the view was amazing with the sea not far from you.

Water point was close enough and power point was convenient.

Security was one of the best on site, always seeing them around, they were super helpful and friendly too.

Toilet was average and dated, only few showers on the older block and we queued for ages then it was no water. We had to go to the newer block with 3 showers to queue again. With the size of this camp site, definitely need more facilities.

Entertainment was ok but the queue at the bar was so long. Same for the food, 90 mins waiting time for burger and chips. Show was over by the time food arrived.

Swimming pool was so dirty and packed! Signs said no jumping into the pool but lots of jumping in, said no ball game but lots of kids playing ball games. It’s too small to have all these activities. Safe guard was very uninterested to care. Also lots of dead flies and hair when you swim. Gross.

Really lovely area and staff are helpful telling you where to go and how to park up!

Lovely staff, really friendly, good food, clean site not much I could complain about if I tried. It was so good having stayed in August I've booked again for October and convinced some of my family to go too.

Toilets disgusting in arrival poo on top of toilet, Shower dirty never cleaned, I’ve seen cleaner toilets at kids football training grounds, when I complained I was told it’s the dust off car park. (Funny the site in currently staying at same stones, toilet shower block spotless) again staff miserable, at one point turned back when complaining, this also shows lack of care for campers.
Pool looked disgusting didn’t use for that reason, little shop on site staff miserable and rude. Food awful and expensive for quality.
None of pitches flat, ok in caravan, but the tent users I felt sorry for as 10to15 degree slopes. When the could made pitches flat by stepping down.
Put it this way if this mad been my first caravan or camping holiday I’d be put off for life..
Wi-Fi rubbish

For site this size toilet/shower block needs to be cleaned regularly, for whole week I never saw one cleaner. Never known it on any campsite I’ve been on before, you almost get to know there names you see that often

Dog owners having to go outside, or very restricted. We missed all the entertainment nights

Some dog poo in several places around tent pitches, fault of users not park.

Crazy golf course dangerous my child tripped over broken edges sustained nasty cut to her leg and ripped jeans.
Every pitch is on a hill. Up and down for toilet, showers, water etc
Pitches very small and close to each other if you like your space like we do then this site is not the one.
Limited showers and toilets busy times have to wait.
