Lovely site with everything you need. Some issues with facilities when we were there (over new year) and the staff did everything they could to help.
Not only that, but it's a great location and the onsite fish & chip van is amazing.
Would recommend this site and we will return.

Our pitch was close to the road, which was too noisy for us, would return but ask for a pitch closer to beach away from the road

Location, staff and facilities. We loved the direct access to the beach which was great for our dog. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The toilet/shower/washing up area was spotless and heated and fully functioning.

If I’m pressed to find a negative, maybe the pitches are a little too close together for our liking.

Weekend break away in our Campervan .Friendly welcome in reception from staff .Explained everything we needed to know. Lovely Hardstanding pitch near entrance with reserved pitch next to us for Our son wife and children who arrived for night on Saturday for night Level pitches
Outstanding clean toilet which we appeared to be the only people using and was near to our pitch as was fresh water tap.
Shower block and other facilities not far away and well lit up at night down road Our 2 year old Granddaughter loved the park facilities and space to kick her ball about.
Although steps to beach fairly steep was lovely beach to walk along and close by
Beautifully kept lodges other side of park
Supermarkets and other shops food outlets within walking distance
Fish and chips on site reasonably priced
Overall for £14 per night it was very good value

The only thing especially on the Friday night was the traffic noise from A12 !Sounded like a race track although this didn’t spoil our break

Very clean facilities and our daughter loved the park! Very quiet at this time of year but was really nice place to stay. Lovely walk on the beach to Lowestoft and back which our dog loved!

No wifi mobile service was bit hit and miss
