Friendly staff. Large pitches. Lovely to walk along the beach on a cold windy day. Toilets and showers were immaculate and warm.

Felt like a bit of a building site. Not the easiest to empty the motor home waste! I’m sure it’s better in the summer

The ablution block was first class and it was very clean. The staff were really friendly and the warden was always available if he was needed. It has everything you need.

It was very muddy (not their fault). Its a pity there were no trees on site, it does make it very bland.

Very friendly and helpful welcome, shown to our pitch and everything explained. Pitches were level and good size. Site was large and well kept and a short stroll to the cliff top where there were steps down to the huge beach below and views towards Lowestoft. Toilets were very clean. Fish and chips on site and just a couple of minutes by car/van to a large Morrisons. Would definitely visit again!

Found it a bit difficult to see pitch clearly at night, perhaps could do with better lighting around the touring field. We found the signal weak for some TV channels but that may have been just our pitch.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The site was very wet from heavy rain but the hardstanding pitches were dry.
The shower and toilet blocks were clean and tidy.
The site was quiet and guests friendly.
The walks along the sand dunes and beach were amazing.
We watched great sunrises and sunsets from the camp.
Supermarkets and DIY stores are walking distance on an industrial park.

There are some new hardstanding pitches being built on a field so may be some noise during the week.

Friendly staff , nice site ,very clean warm shower block .

No lighting near the motor homes , great lighting to the front entrance just very dark in our field , some places we go they have a small light on the electric points which is just enough to light the field . We like to find a pub or entertainment so it was a long walk into Kessingland.

access to the beach is excellent.

Very clean toilets and hot showers , Direct access to the beach where our dogs could run free , Site is generally clean and tidy even though they are carrying out ground work in the next field ,Fish and Chip van on site very good ,We will be back

Facilities and location

Although clean, the toilet block drains were pungent. This could have been due to the construction nearby.
