Not ready for new season!
Showers in block adjacent to Barley field working but only gives freezing cold water on 2 of the days we were there,wash basins OK but no sink plugs...
Rubbish area adjacent to toilet block running alive with fair sized rats!! Rat boxes there but clearly need refilling with poison.

Its open all year round, the beach is dog friendly all year round, walking distance to the beach for dog walks, shops close by 5/10 minutes drive. Fish and chip van onsite did amazing food, only half hour drive into great yarmouth. Deffo will return.

Disliked nothing.

Excellent campsite. Greeted by warden on arrival and driven to our pitch, which I found super friendly. Right by the coast. Bathrooms and other facilities clean and tidy. Fish and chip shop open on arrival / perfect for a Friday evening. Will defo come back.

Amazing site , perfect location for dogs with a lovely beach … stairs a little steep just to keep in mind ! Showers and toilets spotless clean , warm and hot shower!
Will be returning 👍

No onsite shop would be handy if forgot something!

The pitches are really a great size, each with its own grassed area for sitting outside even with an awning. The bathroom facilities are spotless and the site is very well looked after. The welcome at reception was lovely and this continues with the site warden and his team very visible throughout our stay and onhand should you need their assistance. The fish and chips are also great quality! The beautiful beach and dunes a matter of feet away makes this a fantastic choice for dog owners. Our second visit and undoubtedly not our last. Thank you.

Fantastic location. Clean facilities and well kept grounds. Direct access to the beach via steps. Close to Morrisons and other retail outlets.

The Hollies is a lovely place, very peaceful with Kessingland beach on the doorstep. The showers and toilets were immaculately clean and there is a nice little park area for the children. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a great place for dogs too, with lovely walks.

The location was very nice and quiet shower blocks/toilets were lovely and very clean. The pitch was level Reasonably priced and lovely beach close by. Murphy (our dog ) enjoyed it too!
