General spacious layout of pitches. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Would have been easier to drain grey waste water if the grate had been larger with possibly a grille on top you could drive over rather than have to remove cover. More of a practical solution than an actual dislike…

This was our first outing with our motorhome which we purchased in December and wanted to have a few day`s to shake down ( every thing was ok) .A nice clean site ,well staffed . The shower /toilets were spotless . The fish and chip van on site cooked a mean piece of fish .....There are bus stops just outside the main gates for Lowerstoft and Southwold this saved having to drive ... what really was the icing on the cake ..the sun shone every day ....

Great site near to the beach - extremely clean facilities and within walking distance of Lowestoft. Only stayed for 1 night so didn’t use the on-site food facilities.

I really enjoyed my short stay here. Very friendly welcome from staff. Spacious pitch, quiet area, very clean shower/ toilet block. Excellent food truck.

Toilet blocks a long way from pitch.
Site map doesnt show motorhome service point. Hidden behind laundry. You have to reverse into it.
Grey waste has to be dropped down a manhole after driving over it and removing the cover. Not easy. Someone appeared to have just dumped their water at the side of it.
The site needs a proper motorhome service point with a drive over water dump and drinking water tap.
The hose pipe in the chemical toilet waste wasnt attached to the connector properly.
The gents toilet in the nearest toilet block was closed due to a problem with gas.
The man walking two Rottweilers who stopped to let one crap on the grass bank next to our camper can. He did pick it up.
The water tap is in the middle of a grass area.
The road system is very rough, loose stone. Not easy for a folding mobility scooter.
The raised grass banks have no gaps in them to walk through to get to the rubbish bins. With knee problems theyre very painful to walk over.

We love this place, it has all the amenities you need in a lovely location. The shower and toilet facilities are immaculately clean, as is the park. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the chip van is great if you don't feel like cooking yourself, all the orders are freshly cooked. Smashing place to stay
