Friendly , laid back and location just awesome , loved hearing the river and having mountains on the doorstep .. perfect for us as quiet when we went .. weekdays in early September

Nothing to dislike , quiet so we didn't have to queue for loos (spotless)or showers (also spotless) probably wouldn't go at peak times but that's more to do with us liking solitude

Location - farm campsite within easy walking distance of Brecon and surrounding area. Located on A470 so very easy to access all of Brecon Beacons

Excellent facilities (only 4 showers though) when camp busy might need to wait to use showers. We visited early September.

Lovely site, with goats and donkeys to see.

Pitches we nicely spaces and the most gorgeous river/stream to play in. Unfortunately we didn't have good weather so didn't manage to get much time in.

Shower powerful and plenty of individual cubicles with sinks.
The individual / mixed gender loos were a bit stinky, as no window/ ventilation in them.

However owners were lovely, greeted us and were visible on site, bought bag of wood for £6 and borrowed a fire pit.

Washing up water was cold on 2 occasions when i went.

I liked the location because it was close to Pen y fan and a 40 minute drive to the four waterfalls walk which our group walked
The toilets and showers were clean and close to where we camped
The owners were friendly and helpful when giving us information about the campsite and where we could go for walks I was especially grateful for their advice about where to park to go up pen y fan for a child friendly path.
Animals on site were great - kept children amused for hours i

Only 2 toilets I could see. We were lucky the campsite was not full but if it was could have been a long wait

Lovely setting and relaxed friendly atmosphere. Brilliant access to walks from the site. Good facilities.

Sadly the road noise but nothing can be done about that.
