We didn't complain as we did appreciate that it was busy, so we had a few pints and crisps in the garden to tide us over. After nearly 2 hours we did ask at the bar and were told there was a system error. Another 20 minutes later we had our takeaway delivered 🙄
Hi, we did apologies for the system error and have been in contact with our system provider who are looking in to this and will correct the error in question, we did warn repeatedly that anyone that had not booked there would be a significant weight due to being extremely busy and all tables being booked out, we had absolutely amazing feed back all weekend regarding our food but I’m afraid due to a system error at missed 2 takeaway meals we have been felt this review and I’m afraid this is out of our control. I would again recommend if you would like to dine with us to prebook as far in advance as you can as we don’t like turn people away but we can only seat what we can.

Hi, the signs do state no reverse parking this is for touring caravans only as it does say caravans must be pushed back or motor moved in to plot, this is to mitigate damage to fences and alike onsite, apologies for the confusion and we will look in to making this more clear thanks
