Hi I’m afriad that when people leave our facilities in a discusting state as we have found recently even though we clean them every day this is unavidable, the bins are emptied every single week and have not been over flowing we did go out and move rubbish to a empty bin as people were still using a full bin but there is plenty of bins provided for people to use as you stayed for just the one night it’s hard to user stand your review as you could have politely spoken to us as my number and information is everywhere, our app also has contact information and there is numerous emails explaining everything,
I’m sorry you have left a review like this and it’s just not realistic to make sure the toilers are spotless all the times explicialy with our price point we clean and top up our facilities every day once a day but we cannot follow every one in to the facilities to clean up after them, our facilities provide what is needed for a comfortable stay Thankyou for your review
