Facilities are minimal but excellent, and Andrew (the owner) was friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. There are different parts of the site to suit different types of campers (large field with play equipment for those with children and quieter spots higher up the site for those who want some peace) and, best of all, dogs, firepits and BBQs are welcome 😊 Will definitely be going back!

Thank you for your review Kristina. Unfortunately due to it being December when you camped with us we had some issues with freezing pipes which is completely out of our control. This information is clearly displayed on Pitch up to make campers aware that during the winter months we may have issues such as this. However, I am sorry that you were not happy with your experience at our park. We are doing everything we can to prevent this from happening but unfortunately the weather really is out of our control. We like to keep our site open all year round for people like yourselves that want to camp at any time of year, unlike other sites that close down in October until March. We think this makes us a unique park but we will take your comments on board for the future.
