Lovely campsite that we practically had to ourselves for the week! Showers and toilets all clean and the shop well stocked too. The weather got worse as the week went on and the owner kept coming to check up on us. Brilliant site 5 stars! Thankyou!

Had a lovely stay, andrew the host was lovely, site secure so kids could rome and not escape or go anywere. Nice and clean. Ni wifi or electric but this is what we wanted.. back to basics..Would 100% come back.

Me and my partner first came and stayed last month and we loved it so much we came back again the month after and brought my son.

The pitches are very big and flat and the fields surrounding us are filled with sheep there is nothing more peaceful than waking up to hearing the sound of the sheep.

The owner is so lovely and helpful and just so jolly he really made both our stays a good one.

There are so many things to do in all the towns surrounding us like going to York or going to do the waterfalls walk which was amazing.

Upon arrival we were greated and asked if we would like to hire a firepit and of course we did and we had so much fun in the evenings around the fire pit and bbq going watching the night sky.

It's a very peaceful place to unwind and we are all very sad to be home now and can't wait to get back again.
