Will definatly be staying here again

N'a pas aimé : Said something about electric issues, we stayed here in 2021 and we had no electric for 2 days as they had electric issues then too. Too many people on site using the electric so it over powers the supply and then causes issues.
Hi Heather, Apologies that you didn't get to stay with us. Unfortunately we did have electrical issues on site due to a drop in temperature and an overload on the system. You were offered a refund which you accepted or your stay again with us once the issues had been resolved.
We have only had the park since June this year so were unaware of any previous electrical issues with the park. This problem has been rectified and we apologise again for any inconvenience caused. The last thing we want to do is cancel/move bookings, however some things are not an instant fix.
It’s was absolutely brilliant really relaxing …
