I am so sorry that your stay was a disappointment. The facilities are unisex as our ladies block has a very high roof and is hard to heat effectively so we use the unisex block when we are extremely quiet in winter as it seems not very eco friendly to have to heat a large building when there are so few guests. I think it states on the website that the facilities are generally unisex during the quietest periods. However I am very disappointed the cleaning was not up to scratch and will look into it. Thank you for your feedback.
