I am so sorry you were disappointed. We were a bit caught out initially by serious -ve temperatures. Throughout xmas and new year period the roads were cleared with a tractor and snow plough when we had snow and salt spread at accommodation steps and access points, steps and anywhere noticeably slippery. We did endeavour to get our water point operational for guests. Unfortunately the trace heating cable had been damaged meaning it was not a quick fix to keep water available to our guests at all times.
Regarding the shower blocks it seems we had a fault with one of the heaters in the shower blocks which as soon as we realised was repaired. Unfortunately due to the conditions and the number of guests it is hard to keep the shower block floor dry at all times but we are putting in dehumidifiers which should help.
We find most of our guests use the local shops for supplies so only carry a limited rage of goods in the low season to avoid waste. Thank you for your feedback, we will take on board your comments and do our best to remedy the issues you encountered. Kindest regards from the Linnhe team
