- no designated tent pitches, open area for tents which is overcrowded
- uncleaned dog poops in tent area
- only 2 sinks for dishwashing with hundreds of people on site
- dirty, smelly toilets, many clogged up
- showers next to toilet cubicles and urinals, smelly and awkward

Well organised site with great facilities in a beautiful location on the banks of the Loch.

Location was very convenient to get to Ben Nevis, and the views were beautiful. It was also easy to find. We arrived just after 6 and reception was closed and we were given a pitch right next to the toilets and on a slope so wouldn’t have been able to park flat to sleep so asked to move and the evening cover were really helpful and welcoming.

The toilet block was very dirty and the floors muddy, and this did not improve over 2 nights. The showers were also very cold. We were supposed to have electric and they said it would be checked to fix it the next morning, so we waited until midday despite needing to go out but nothing, and came back later that evening and still nothing and on requesting a refund for the electric the woman in reception told me it was my responsibly to chase THEM and why hadn’t I done this. Very bad response and customer service considering we are talking £8, no apology just blaming the customer. Won’t be returning to this site again.

Great campsite with good facilities. Nice park for the children and a lovely bench with campfire looking out over the mountains.

Clean and tidy are beginning to look a bit tired/ dated - albeit nothing off putting!

Obvious grounds maintenance ongoing and to a good standard and a bit of sprucing up faded paint work, overgrown area and weeding would make it perfect 🤩

I love the site. It's in a beautiful part of Linnhe. It's a great base to go places. We visited Arisage and Glencoe to just mention a few. The weather wasn't great. But we made the most of it. The washing/drying machines came in very handy. Shame there is no on-site shop. Internet connection was brilliant.. It wasn't there last year. We will for sure he back..

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The site is in a beautiful location and the childrens park was lovely. The facilities were nice . My partner particularly loved the jet hose they had for chemical waste disposal. The showers were clean and warm . It rained but it’s the highlands.

It was very noisy in the night . Cars were driving past in the early hours and loud conversations past 11pm were heard . I did feel that we had stopped in a lay-by and not a site . Not sure if there is a warden on in the night to monitor this . If you’re a deep sleeper then this would not be a problem and this was our only issue .

Great option for selecting tent pitch area. Clean, close to lake I liked the food shop inside the campsite area where we can have our breakfast or lunch when we have less time to cook and rushing to cover all the view points. Water fill up point abundantly available.

Campervan/caravan parked and used near the tent pitch parking area where it used a lot of parking space and people using pitch for tent had no space for parking their car. Charging facility not available for tent pitch area.
