Setting and the facilities

Campsite Overbooked and someone was in our pitch for the 2nd night. However the night staff dealt with this really efficiently and he was lovely to deal with.

Lovely views when your pitch allows , reception open and able to get in no issues, warm showers
Close to fort William and us going to the Jacobite

Showers , far to small U can't even have a shower without a face full of shower curtain or shower pole was highly infuriating mouldy showers that stink soaking Floors as the showers spray everywhere especially if U have to leave the curtain open so U don't smash Ur face on the pole for the shower or get attacked by the curtain, no information about needing to ask for bath tokens at reception had we have been told about this while in reception we would of asked before reception closed
Asked to move pitch as our original had zero view other than the back of all other vans in front was told the pitches we asked about were not available however all were and had no one in them all evening which was frustrating the pitch we did move to had a nice view so not a total bust
WiFi barely worked

This site was our favourite, great pitch allocated on arrival ,beautiful view over the water , toilets and showers were great ,friendly staff in the little shop which had everything we needed ,very quiet overnight and the water and waste for our moterhome all close together ,great stay

Very well organised site, lovely clean shower and toilet block ( with a bath! ), the visitor centre/shop looked nice, and it was a nice quiet site in a beautiful lochside location. The 10min taxi ride into Fort William was £15 so not too bad.

Nothing, apart from the Scottish midges, but I don't think these are the owners fault!

Site is very clean and well laid out.
We had a pitch right on the Loch front and it was beautiful.
Staff were always helpful, I emailed ahead regarding transport as we have a roof top tent and they gave me taxi numbers. I also phoned ahead regarding the pitch and they advised it was hardstanding so managed to get some heavy duty pegs.
Would definitely stay here again

Not a dislike but WiFi signal dropped quite often and the shop did not sell bread.

Fabulous location. We were on a terrace overlooking the loch. Facility block is a good size with plenty of showers etc.

Shower block did not always feel as clean as i would like. The floors are flagstone and cleaners leave them very wet . also they need to lift the shower mats and clean under those every day
