Very friendly host/owner who greeted me in the shop/office. Very clean pod and surrounding area was lovely. Comfy bed. Quiet neighbours and quite friendly. My daughter made a pen pal!! Close to a massive shopping complex which was very handy for bits. Also the shop on site was well stocked and reasonably priced. Warm clean showers.

Noise from the a47 which was right outside spoilt it a bit. Lots of traffic. 3 chickens that kept trying to jump on our picnic bench while we were eating!! Noisy fridge at night..Toilets didnt flush easily so you had to kind of pump it to get it to work!!

Facilities were great both inside the hut and at the shower block. Everything was clean and well looked after.

Lovely chilled and relaxing park. Very clean and tidy. Great shop with lovely staff all around. Great value for money too.

The location! The fact that you can connect your utilities AS WELL AS have fire pits which I found hard to come by when searching for the right holiday location. There is a shop on site, seems to be open at literally anytime of the day. Nice older gentleman that can be seen very often guiding through the newcomers, and checking if everything is ok.
Bathrooms kept clean.

Showers - they are timed like in the swimming pools. It is quite hard to wash your hair properly if you need to keep switching on the water all the time. I found it quite irritating.
Toilets - There must be some installation problem or I don't know, but flashing the toilet was actually quite a challenge ! And funny that I heard so many chats in the toilet, tips to others on how to push the button so it actually flushes the toilet.. Unfortunately due to that issue, there was plenty of unpleasant sightings to witness when entering the cubicles.
Baby room- it has a nice bath, but no shower head?! I had to take a jug with me every time to be able to rinse the kids from foam with clean water.. again washing their heads with that little jug, rinsing the shampoo was a mission !

The site was lovely, clean. The park was good. Toilets and showers always clean.

Toilets needed a lot of encouragement to flush and pitches are very close together.

Liked all the facilities like the shop and the pods were amazing and clean and everything was accessible too our needs. The park was an extra bonus for the children.
Loved the fact a supermarket was only a few minutes away from this site.

Only thing was the fact on each side of where we tented, has residential homes which was rather close.

Quietness of the whole campsite.
Knowing there was security patrol in the evenings.
Cleanliness of toilet/shower blocks.

Nothing.

The pitches were large and clear of debris when we arrived. The receptionist was friendly and we were shown our pitch by a lovely man. The showers and toilets facilities were immaculate and were cleaned regularly.

The shop onsite was well stocked with a good selection of products/ last minute camping supplies and wood for the fire.

They had a policy to be silent at 10pm. We liked this policy as we had young children and everyone adhered to it. We were able to sit round a campfire until 11pm quietly.

The toilets/ showers were located a fair distance away from where we were pitched. Which made nighttime trips with young children tricky but we enjoyed looking at the stars on the way there. There were some closer but these were locked for the majority of our stay.

The children’s playground was a long way away from where we were. It’s the campsites policy that children should be supervised by an adult at all times but our well behaved children had walkie talkies and were checked on regularly by a member of our group.

The trees blocked the WiFi signal but not a major issue as we were out most of the time.

The fact that the site was very clean and had a good set of rules that you did have to follow as they did have staff members policing the rules and we had a fantastic few days at this site.

In all honesty I did not find any issues.

Facilities were great but some pointers below - the family bathroom was especially lovely.
Shower block and toilets were clean and warm
Washing up facilities great with an inside few sinks too.

The shower heads sprayed water at you like needles and in such short bursts unfortunately which meant I was not able to take my toddler in which would have been more convenient.
The hair dryer is pointless.....it's warm but the strength was like a loud but gentle breeze, I did however spot a plug socket so you could put your own hair dryer in but I didn't bring one as it's listed on the facilities.
