Inside the shower toilet block itself was clean.

Unable to connect to electric hookup as neighbours connected incorrectly, not the sites fault.

No low lighting around the pitch after dark and lots of puddles on tarmac roads, so ensure you have a torch.

Toilets didn't flush properly so by mid morning 5 toilets had "deposits." Showers warm but sprayed well into the dry area and felt "sharp" due to pressure.

Not a massive amount of room to manoeuvre the campervan without having to put wheels on grass which could catch you out.

Compared to site previously at least the facilities were warm.

Welcome it was as though we were intruding on site owners time, he was sat in reception and never moved from his chair.
The toilets were not cleaned at all on news years day.

Very nice small site! Little park for the kids to play and a good selection in the shop! Kings Lynn town is a 5 mins drive away

Staff were friendly. Shop is well stocked with essentials, food, drinks & caravan/camping equipment. Facilities clean

Didn’t get the best vibe when we arrived—lots of seasonal caravans with what appears to be long term residents. Some caravans looked pretty run down. The staff were polite enough when we checked in, but all we got was a quick wave in the general direction of the pitches—no info on where the bins or water were, so we had to wander around to find them.

The touring pitches are on a scruffy bit of land (rally field). Honestly, we debated leaving as soon as we set up, but we were too tired to move on. We did leave the day after and moved to a more comfortable location.

The toilets are a pain—you have to pump to flush MANY TIMES, and they block really easily. Tried using the WiFi, but it didn’t work at all, even near reception. Oh, and the info sheet they hand out looks super unprofessional—crooked and some words cut off!

Wouldn’t rush back.

Site is fine good and clean showers and toilet block,good small on site shop.
Good size pitches which is on gravel great all round would use again
