To far from facilities I.e toilet and washing up, weirdly they were nearer to the static caravans that don’t need them than the tents
Pool booked up very quickly

Entertainment was great for the kids and complex clean and tables cleared promply

Food in the restaurant and fish and chips very good and great service

Female shower block was unclean and smelt of urine. Floor was constantly wed and dirty, with dirty tissue everywhere.

Camping field was set in lovely surroundings. It was handy having access to the facilities of the holiday park. Met and taken to pitch when we arrived.

The washing up and shower/toilet facilities were located in the middle of the caravans and didn't make sense for it's location in relation to the camping areas. Glad I didn't need the toilet over night as would have been quite a walk. Showers and toilets could do with some more regular cleaning during the day.

We really enjoyed the evening entertainment in the showboat. It was a great distraction from the miserable weather outside. Without this we would have been stuck in our tent.

The shower/toilet block really needs updating. The floor was constantly soaked in the toilets. And there was no where to dress after a shower. The block was also quite a walk from the tents.

Size of pitch, shop on site, launderette open early, food in restaurant and entertainment good.

Washblock facilities filthy and very out dated.
Notion of booking activities which are inflexible and weren’t helpful moving even though we arrived after time and had already paid. Activities also no where near capacity so not even necessary.
No option to buy laundry capsule at launderette which meant waiting til shop opened and doing extra journeys plus money. A simple on the wall vending machine would have been helpful.
Poor drainage on pitch sites meant huge puddles and hidden soggy patches on grass meant for uncomfortable walking.

Not enough showers and these need updating. General upkeep of parts of the site. More money has been spent on the lodges area than anywhere else.

Directly by the beach, outdoor heated pool

Sales driven park with outdoor pool interrupted for paid activities, many free activities such as mini golf and indoor swimming booked up almost immediately. Large entertainment on site which meant less suitable for young families with a lot of drunk noise post 1:00am. Staff unwilling to help with pitch issue as not book directly through them.

Reception was quick and easy, the pitches are clearly labelled
Entertainment was fun
Pool was good and the playlist was banging!
