Evening entertainment

Lack of hot water in showers.

The kids entertainment was great as I was coming on my own with my children. The pools were good too.

The toilet block was often dirty and was really far from the camping area. Not great with young children.

Toilets/shower block (female) absolutely filthy and foul smelling for entire stay. Not cleaned regularly as went into the same cubicle on 3 occasions over 3 days and has faeces smeared on sanitary disposal on each day.
Road on our pitch was a dirt track with big holes as apposed to road
Emailed prior to visit to confirm if swimming needed to be booked, was advised can book but do not need to, on arrival was told that we should book swimming as it’s already fully booked

The camp itself is a great little camp. Decent shop. Decent club. Right on the beach.

The toilet block for camping is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s absolutely awful. I’ve camped for over 20 years and this is easily the worst toilet block I’ve seen. The outside pool was also filthy. But as I said the rest of the camp is quite pleasant.

Activities and facilities were great to keep our 4 mixed age children very much entertained. The evening entertainment was brilliant and bought out the inner kids again.

Large camping pitch which gave lots of room for a large tent and 2 cars.
The entertainment was great, the troupers were full of enthusiasm and great with the kids. I enjoyed the bingo, but quite expensive

Toilet block at the campsite was really dirty. No cleaning products seen to be used such as bleach or disinfectant. Just a man with a sponge mop.
The shelf above the washing up sinks was literally covered with dead flys/bugs!!!

Shower block is old and antiquated
Only cleaned once a day by a lone worker who is given an hour to do the job, whilst people are in and out of toilets and showers.. How can somebody do a proper job under such duress? Food is mediocre most food we had was tepid by the time we got it, and on our last day our pizza was served up cold but with some very spicy ingredient not listed in the menu, we were unable to eat, on remarking about this the waitress said should she take it away, I replied well yes please but got no apology from the kitchen nor offered an alternative so I had paid £15.49 for a meal that I could not eat and had hungry children to contend with..

Great location. Lots on site and great entertainment team both boys enjoyed so much. Good size pitches

Not enough baby changing facilities. Showers not the cleanest but mud can't be helped on the floors and you could see they were trying. Swimming pool, karts were all booked up. Reception told us there realised 6 weeks before but we didn't receive booking reference til 2 days before so I don't know how people managed to book.

Entertainment for children was amazing

Looked run down and dirty, shower Block was dirty and smelly, outdoor pool had tiles missing and was all cracked there was not enough chairs or beds by the pool , crazy golf looked tatty and dated, had to pay for wifi and restaurant expensive.
