Really clean site. Good facilities. Shower block is nice and clean. The book library was cute for a rainy evening. Easy check in. The children's play park is well equipped.

The handriers and facilities in the shower block could be updated. None of the hand driers worked

Goede douche, als je doucht wanneer anderen dat niet doen en niet heel veel mensen afwassen heb je kans dat het een goede warme douche is! Mooie grote plekken! Als je met kleine tentjes kampeert moet je hier, vanwege brandweervoorschriften, toch pér kleine tent een veld betalen. Prima als dat de regels zijn, aan de andere kant is het volslagen absurd dat er een drie persoons tentje voor ongeveer €25 per nacht op een veld van 4 bij 5 meter staat…. Toen wij aankwamen was het hele veld zowat leeg, een dag later stond het vol met British people! Oogde een stukkie gezelliger!

Wat voor tent je ook hebt…per tent een veld! De Engelsen kamperen zelf gewoon met een tent voor 8 personen per pitch. Geen bijzettentjes zoals wij gewoon zijn maar met zn allen in een tent voor de maximaal aantal personen per pitch.
Mooie, duidelijke, afgebakende plaatsen maar daardoor ook klein beetje ongezellig…

You can tell how much work the workers put in to keeping the place clean and tidy. No litter, the bathrooms were cleaned regularly always clean. We stayed in a tent pitch and that was clean and well looked after. My other half and son done some fishing, lakes were lovely and managed to catch a fish. The reception/ shop was well stocked (we forgot pegs for the tent) and they had all essentials needed. The bar/ food was lovely. Highly recommend, we will be coming back. Although the weather wasn't the best, the kids had a great time (10year old and 1 year old). They have a little kids park which my kids loved playing in, again beautifully maintained. Staff really do an amazing job looking after the site and you can really see that when you visit.

We had a very good stay. Peaceful apart from natural animal noises which we enjoy anyway.
Facilities very good, clean and comfortable.
Only thing,
we did feel the fishing should have been included in the price

Barrier seemed to open when it felt like it so meant a walk in the dark with quite heavy bags for me one of the nights

Everything, spacious pitches, clean toilets and showers despite being busy, fab dog walking area, shop and cafe
