So nice to be here again. Such a tranquil place. Lucky to get a river side pitch. Kingfishers and otters to be seen from the comfort of your own camper. The new facilities are perfect and spotless. The team here should be really proud of such a beautiful site. See you real soon

Place was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly. Very close to the village centre and walking distance from the gorge itself. A good variety of shops close to hand.

WiFi was temperamental. Didn't work to well. Maybe the distance from the nearest router.

Location and facilities

Unfortunately ground was too wet to park next to tent

Spotlessly clean site with brand new facilities. The site is really well positioned for visiting Cheddar and the surrounding area. We loved the peace and quiet. Thank you to the owners who are friendly and very helpful

First time staying in a pod or camping, the facilities on site were fantastic really clean the pod itself was really clean and even had a kettle which was fantastic. The washing up area, the shared fridge, freezer microwave and kettle all an extra bonus which again were all really clean.
The site itself was less then a 10min walk to shops and pubs and a further 10mins to Cheddar Gorge where the views are fantastic.

Not much to dislike if you enjoy camping and exploring it's a perfect place.

Close to town so no need to driver anywhere

Wifi didn't work for us but didn't bother me too much
