Whilst we were waiting we were provided with a meal in the restaurant and some vouchers to apologise for the inconvenience. Cannot fault the customer service at all, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and we were very grateful that every effort was made to correct the admin error.

We picked a pitch at Beverley Park for my son and his American wife who were visiting by motorhome, my son hadn't seen the UK for13 yrs and with my wife and I only living at Roselands Drive it was a no brainer!!
When we came to look at Beverley Park we were fortunate to speak to Debbie who said there were 2 pitches vacant, 75 & 40.
Debbie gave us directions to both pitches, WHOW,WHOW we couldn't believe how clean all the area's were and the pitch we chose, 40 was outstanding. The view was out of this world!!
Cutting a very long story short. My son and his wife stayed at Beverley Park and couldn't get over their pitch, the bay view and how lovely Beverley Park was. The staff were extremely helpful throughout their stay which made it extra special.
We wish to thank everyone who made it very special for our son and his wife we haven't stopped telling and talking about Beverley Park since.
My wife and I couldn't believe there was such a wonderful Camping site so close to us and we have lived at Roselands for close to 7 years!!!!
