You can always request a specific pitch for your next stay if there's a particular area you'd prefer to be in - simply let us know on booking as there is a small charge to request a pitch. Sorry that you also struggled with the WIFI at the pitch - we're always trying to improve this offering - but I hope you were able to take advantage of the free WIFI in the bars and restaurants.
