We're delighted that you found our team to be friendly and helpful and our toilet blocks were exceptionally clean. We take pride in our park and holiday experience for our guests so we're always really pleased to hear from guests like yourselves who've have had a great time and want to come back :)
We'll take your feedback on board about the prices in our bars, however we do offer a daily happy hour and regular food promotions, so I hope you took advantage of some of these during your stay and enjoyed the gorgeous view from our Jetty Terrace as well as our fantastic entertainment - I don't know how the team do it, they're always so wonderfully energetic and smiley!

Thanks so much for your review - chuffed you had a fantastic one night stay with and the littles ones enjoyed the facilities too. The steam room is lovely for adults isn't it? So relaxing! Sorry to hear that the shower ran cold - if you can let me know which shower block you were using and approximately when it happened, I can get our maintenance team to look into this to see if there's anything we can do to fix it.

Thank you for your review - so happy you liked our location and our view and found our facilities to be clean. We do have one newly refurbished toilet block in field 3, but I do agree that our block in field 2 is looking a little dated - we've got it in the plans for future upgrades, so do keep an eye out for an update on that!
Sorry that you struggled with a slope on the pitch - I've added it to our notes and I hope you had a look at other pitches to request for when you come back.

We've got some hardstanding and Service pitches which do tend to be a little flatter if you're looking for your next stay.
