The whole vibe of the place was wonderful. Friendly, clean, good facilities and spacious on the field.

Friendly staff, we liked the coffee shop and being able to grab a coffee and breakfast in the morning. The views from the upper field were amazing and plenty of space for the tents so it didn’t feel too crowded (specially on Monday/Tuesday).

Even though the camping has good installations, it could benefit with cleaning them more often. Specially the portable toilets in the upper field, which by Monday night smelled pretty bad and weren’t visually pleasing. I think these could be placed on a corner or get rid of them as the main toilets should be enough.

Overcrowded (view across field looked like a festival… tents squeezing in any green patch) and not enough facilities to accommodate, also not well maintained
Noisy and loud… drunk people walking past tent in the small hours
Not family friendly for younger children

Well situated for access to Monsall Trail.
Cafe, bar and small shop onsite. On Saturday evening they had an ABBA tribute on which was really good fun. Everyone getting involved a d enjoying themselves.

If you're not there early in a Friday you will struggle finding a flat pitch round the edge of the field.

Love this site. We've been twice now. Once with children (age 11 + 14) and once without. Great location. Toilets are nice and clean. Shop/cafe/bar onsite is great. Fab cakes! Will definitely be back again.

Peaceful, good views, lovely local walks, well maintained, friendly. Great campsite cafe and farm shop, excellent pub 15 minute walk away.

Beautiful location with a fantastic environment, quiet in the evenings.

Toilet facilities were clean and tidy and easily accessible.

Really kid friendly (will be back with my boy).

The Farm shop was lovely with some nice little bits in there.

It was only a short drive (20 minutes) to Mam Tor.
