The staff are welcoming and friendly, the facilities are good, particularly the showers, which for a nominal amount (£1) you get lovely hot powerful water - campers have to be respectful when they can’t stay in the shower for days using up all the hot water!
The site is just behind the Monsal Trail so a great spot for walking or cycling. There is also a cafe on site serving delicious meals and amazing homemade cakes. Plus there is a bar too selling good beer! There is even entertainment most weekends if you fancy it. What’s not to like?!N'a pas aimé : –
