Ozzy and Rhonda, thank you so much! We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and doing all that we can to help our guests. On occasions pitches are ready before 1pm, so when it’s possible, we are able to welcome campers before the check-in time. Our lovely maintenance man John, was happy to find a solution so that you did not have to move your tent. We are thrilled to hear that you had a great experience at the park, and hope to welcome you back soon. Have a great summer!

We are disappointed that you liked nothing about our site especially as you spent a grand total of 7minutes here. In the 20 plus years our family has run this park we have never before experienced anyone "grounding their motor home, upon driving through the entrance". Motor homes of your size and larger, regularly stay here with no problems at all.

We are very proud of our site and our high scores on Pitch Up. Here is an extract from our listing : "Drive down a country lane surrounded by fields to reach small, family-run and exceedingly esteemed Wheal Rodney Holiday Park, a mile from Marazion and a short saunter to St Michael's Mount".

We are very clear that we are a small family run business in the middle of the countryside. The majority of photographs on Pitch Up are uploaded by our guests who enjoy the peace and tranquilly our site, and return year after year

You were quite rude to one of our members of staff, who offered to move you to a larger pitch but without looking around our site you declined, stating that you didn't like the site. You then demanded a refund. Our staff member correctly advised you to contact your booking agent.

All of our pitches are different sizes, you were allocated a pitch using the measurements you gave on pitch up. Your pitch was 2metres longer than your vehicle and and 7 meters wider than your vehicle. There is ample parking in our carpark or one of our other 3 parking areas for you to park your car. There is also an option on Pitch Up to book a much larger pitch which costs an extra £10 per night, You did not choose this option. Pitch 1 for example is approximately 18m x 22m.

We hope you found happiness in a large holiday park more suited to you taste, and had a lovely holiday!

It is approximately 18x22m, near the entrance and includes 2 electric hook-up points and parking for two cars too. We really hope we get the chance to host you again.
