Pitchup.com is excellent at providing park descriptions, pitch information, reviews posted by others, photographs by both the host and visiting guests, along with other helpful information too. When booking, you selected an electric grass tent or campervan pitch that stated a size of a maximum of 8m width × 7m depth (56m²). We presumed that you felt this was suitable for your 6 x 2 metre campervan and that it met your needs. We actually provided you with a bigger pitch that measures 10.25 x 7mtrs in size, and are a little perplex why you’ve commented on the size, when we provided you with something larger than what you booked!
There is an additional charge for Wi-Fi. Many of our lovely guests use their mobile phone data, but we feel providing internet access is still important. Mobile phone signal is great! Over the last 2 decades, signal has been brilliant from all of the major network providers.
The warm indoor pool is always popular in busy peak season times. We have 32 pitches and 10 self-catering lodges, most had been booked by families at the time you stayed. The swimming pool was full of activity, but in the 3 days that you were here, there were plenty of times that the pool had capacity for swimming.
Customers have rate us 9.3 out of 10 for value for money and 9.6 out of 10 for customer service. It is disappointing to see that you feel differently. What is provided for the nightly charge, is clearly displayed on Pitchup.com. If after thoroughly reading the information, you feel that this is not a fair price, plenty of alternatives are available in this gorgeous area.

There are hooks in the shower area to keep your towel nice and dry; we are sorry that you missed them. The smallest men’s cubicle is approximately 120 x 90cm, which we believe is a fair size.
