N'a pas aimé : Other than the the Two ladies we met in reception who were lovely, other female members of staff need a course in manners and customer care. Their attitude and tone to paying g guests was nothing short of despicable. From telling me the toilets were closed for cleaning so I was not allowed to use them to asking other guests whether they could read. I was nothing short of shocked.
Had I been able to find another site after a 5 hour drive I would have left within the first few hours. Absolutely appalled.

Our showers are cleaned daily and on receiving this review management checked them and found them all to be very clean with nothing present on the shower heads or hoses.
We think it is worth noting at this point that legionella is a bacteria that is undetectable to the human eye and grows in stagnant water, where the temperature is between 20-45 degrees Celsius. We do not have a water tank in our heating system, the water is heated only when the is turned and comes directly from the mains water supply meaning there is nowhere for the afore mentioned bacteria to breed.
